PRIVACY POLICY – STAILER BEAUTY PRO

This Privacy Policy explains how Stailer Corporation, a company registered in Delaware, USA (1111B S Governors Ave, STE 23978, Dover, DE 19904, EIN 32-0792153, "Stailer" or "Operator") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data when you use the Stailer Beauty Pro app/website and related services ("Platform").


For customers and partners in the European Union, Stailer is represented by Stailer Tech S.R.L., Str. Pictor Theodor Aman 10, Bucharest, Romania (CUI 47003781), designated as the EU representative according to art. 27 GDPR.

  1. What data do we process?

Categories of data:

  • Account data: name, email, phone, hashed password, role (client/stylist) – directly from you – contract execution art. 6(1)(b)

  • Business profile data: company name, CUI, headquarters address, licenses, IBAN, salon photo, service rates – directly – contract execution art. 6(1)(b)

  • Booking data: service, time, date, client preferences, cancellation history – directly – contract execution art. 6(1)(b)

  • Payment data: last 4 card digits, Stripe token, payment status – Stripe – legitimate interest 6(1)(f) and legal obligation 6(1)(c)

  • Technical data: IP, device type, OS version, error logs, push token – automatic – legitimate interest 6(1)(f)

  • Marketing data: newsletter preferences, campaign responses, cookies – direct/automatic – consent 6(1)(a)

  • AI simulator data: optional selfie, hair color, reference photos – direct – explicit consent 9(2)(a)


We do not request special categories of data (health, racial origin, etc.). If you provide them voluntarily (e.g., product allergies), we will process them only to provide the service.


  1. How do we use the data?

  • Provision of services: account creation, reservation processing, invoice issuance, customer support

  • Improvement of the Platform: statistical analyses, A/B testing, error reporting

  • Marketing: newsletter, push notifications, social media campaigns (only with consent)

  • AI features: generating look simulations, confirmation chatbot, personalized recommendations

  • Legal compliance: fraud prevention, accounting, response to authority requests


  1. How long do we retain data?

  • Account and bookings: 5 years from last activity (tax requirements)

  • Technical logs: 12 months

  • Marketing data: until consent withdrawal or 3 years inactivity

  • Selfie simulator: automatically deleted after 30 days unless you opt to keep it in the portfolio


  1. To whom do we disclose the data?

  • Processors: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (infrastructure), Twilio (SMS/voice AI), Meta/Facebook (campaigns), OpenAI (language processing). All act under DPA and SCC agreements.

  • Public authorities: only if legally obligated

  • Other users: the stylist/salon sees booking data; clients see the public business profile

We do not sell or rent customer lists to third parties.


  1. International Transfers

Main servers are hosted on AWS in Europe (Frankfurt). Certain third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio) may process data in the USA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU) and additional encryption measures to protect data in transit and at the destination.


  1. Your rights

According to GDPR you have:

  • Access to your data

  • Rectification of inaccurate data

  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten")

  • Restriction of processing

  • Portability

  • Objection to marketing and legitimate interest

  • Withdrawal of consent at any time

  • Complaints to the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP – www.dataprotection.ro) or to the Delaware Department of Justice for US residents

Requests are sent to privacy@stailer.app. We will respond within 30 days.


  1. Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt hashed passwords, IAM with at least MFA for staff, audit logs, and daily backups. In case of an incident, we notify competent authorities and affected users within 72 hours.


  1. Cookies and similar technologies

  1. Minors

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 16 years. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we discover such accounts, we will promptly delete them.


  1. Policy Changes

We may periodically update this Policy. We will notify you via email and/or on the Platform 30 days before substantial versions take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date indicates acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between you, as a beauty industry professional (“Beneficiary”), and Stailer Corporation, a company registered in Delaware, USA, located at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 23978, Dover, DE 19904, identified by EIN 32-0792153, legally represented by Andrei Ursachi (“Provider”).


By using the Stailer Beauty Pro application/platform (“Platform”), you expressly accept these Terms.


 1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Collaboration

Stailer offers the Beneficiary access to the Platform for listing their services and managing appointments with end clients.


 2.⁠ ⁠Subscription and Payment

• The Beneficiary owes a fixed monthly subscription of 175 RON for access to the Platform.

• Payment is automatically made every 30 days from the card associated with the account.

• The subscription can be cancelled at any time, with changes taking effect in the following month.


 3.⁠ ⁠Credit System

• With each monthly payment, the Beneficiary receives credits worth 25 RON, usable for:

• SMS to clients,

• Automated AI calls,

• Makeup simulator and hairstyle simulator,

• Other AI features available on the Platform.

• Additional credits can be purchased, with the option for automatic top-up (available only on the web version).

• In the mobile app, the top-up is manual.

• Purchases through the mobile app are subject to an additional 15% commission due to App Store and Google Play fees.

• Lack of balance or absence of a credit line automatically leads to reduced visibility on the Platform and setting the commission to 0% for new clients.


 4.⁠ ⁠Visibility and Commission

• The Beneficiary can set a client attraction commission between 0% and 100%.

• Visibility on the Platform is determined by an automatic algorithm based on:

• Quality of received reviews,

• Frequent cancellations,

• Complaints,

• Account status (“account health”).

• Visibility decreases if these criteria are affected.

• The commission is billed only if the service has been effectively rendered.


 5.⁠ ⁠Beneficiary Obligations

• To pay due amounts on time.

• To cooperate with the Provider and provide necessary information.

• Not to affect the image and reputation of Stailer.

• To constantly update the appointment calendar, regardless of whether clients come from the Platform or not.

• To avoid unjustified cancellations and to respect the quality standards of the Platform.

• To hold all authorizations, licenses, and legal notices to provide the offered services.

• Failure to comply with these obligations may lead to suspension from the Platform listing.


 6.⁠ ⁠Stailer Obligations

• To ensure technical functionality, maintenance, and support of the Platform.

• To promote the Platform and partners through various methods (e.g., advertisements, commercials, widgets).

• Does not guarantee business results or an automatic increase in the Beneficiary's turnover.


 7.⁠ ⁠Liability Limitation

• Stailer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, with a limit of 1000 EUR.

• Not responsible for:

• Incorrect use of the Platform by the Beneficiary,

• Client cancellations or no-shows,

• Quality of services rendered by the Beneficiary to their clients.

• In case of non-payment, the Provider may automatically suspend the account until full payment of outstanding amounts.


 8.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The parties commit to respecting confidentiality rules and GDPR regulations concerning personal data.


 9.⁠ ⁠Duration and Termination

• The collaboration is valid indefinitely, starting from the account creation date.

• It can be terminated by either party at any time, with effects for the following month.

• In the event of force majeure (e.g., pandemics, war, natural disasters), obligations are temporarily suspended.


10.⁠ ⁠Other Provisions

• Official communications are made in writing, via e-mail or registered letter.

• The Beneficiary cannot assign the contract without Stailer's written consent.

• The applicable law is the law of the state of Delaware, USA.

• Disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts.

• Invalidation of a clause does not affect the validity of the entire document.


By using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Stailer Beauty Pro.

Esta Política de Confidencialidad explica cómo Stailer Corporation, una empresa registrada en Delaware, EE. UU. (1111B S Governors Ave, STE 23978, Dover, DE 19904, EIN 32-0792153, "Stailer" o "El Operador") recopila, utiliza, almacena y divulga datos personales cuando utiliza la aplicación/sitio web de Stailer Beauty Pro y los servicios relacionados ("Plataforma").


Para los clientes y socios de la Unión Europea, Stailer está representado por Stailer Tech S.R.L., Str. Pictor Theodor Aman 10, București, Rumanía (CUI 47003781), designado como representante de la UE de acuerdo con el art. 27 del GDPR.

  1. ¿Qué datos procesamos?

Categorías de datos:

  • Datos de cuenta: nombre, correo electrónico, teléfono, contraseña hash, rol (cliente/stilista) – directamente de usted – ejecución del contrato art. 6(1)(b)

  • Datos de perfil empresarial: nombre de la empresa, CUI, dirección de la sede, licencias, IBAN, foto del salón, tarifa de servicios – directamente – ejecución del contrato art. 6(1)(b)

  • Datos de reserva: servicio, hora, fecha, preferencias del cliente, historial de cancelaciones – directamente – ejecución del contrato art. 6(1)(b)

  • Datos de pago: últimos 4 dígitos de la tarjeta, token de Stripe, estado del pago – Stripe – interés legítimo 6(1)(f) y obligación legal 6(1)(c)

  • Datos técnicos: IP, tipo de dispositivo, versión de OS, registros de errores, token push – automático – interés legítimo 6(1)(f)

  • Datos de marketing: preferencias de boletín, respuesta a campañas, cookies – directo/automático – consentimiento 6(1)(a)

  • Datos del simulador de IA: selfie opcional, color de cabello, fotos de referencia – directamente – consentimiento explícito 9(2)(a)


No solicitamos categorías especiales de datos (salud, origen racial, etc.). Si aún así los proporciona voluntariamente (p. ej., alergias a productos), los procesaremos solo para la ejecución del servicio.


  1. ¿Cómo usamos los datos?

  • Prestación de servicios: creación de cuenta, procesamiento de reservas, emisión de facturas, soporte al cliente

  • Mejora de la Plataforma: análisis estadísticos, pruebas A/B, informes de errores

  • Marketing: boletines, notificaciones push, campañas en redes sociales (solo con consentimiento)

  • Funciones de IA: generación de simulaciones de aspecto, chatbot de confirmación, recomendaciones personalizadas

  • Cumplimiento legal: prevención del fraude, contabilidad, respuesta a solicitudes de autoridades


  1. ¿Cuánto tiempo conservamos los datos?

  • Cuenta y reservas: 5 años desde la última actividad (requisitos fiscales)

  • Registros técnicos: 12 meses

  • Datos de marketing: hasta la retirada del consentimiento o 3 años de inactividad

  • Simulador de selfie: se elimina automáticamente después de 30 días si no opta por conservarlo en el portafolio


  1. ¿A quién divulgamos los datos?

  • Procesadores: Stripe (pagos), Amazon Web Services (infraestructura), Twilio (SMS/voz IA), Meta/Facebook (campañas), OpenAI (procesamiento de lenguaje). Todos actúan bajo acuerdos DPA y SCC.

  • Autoridades públicas: solo si estamos obligados legalmente

  • Otros usuarios: el estilista/salón ve los datos de la reserva; los clientes ven el perfil público del negocio

No vendemos ni alquilamos listas de clientes a terceros.


  1. Transferencias internacionales

Los servidores principales están alojados en AWS en Europa (Frankfurt). Algunos servicios de terceros (p. ej., OpenAI, Twilio) pueden procesar datos en EE. UU. Usamos Cláusulas Contractuales Estándar (2021/914/EU) y medidas adicionales de cifrado para proteger los datos en tránsito y en destino.


  1. Sus derechos.

De acuerdo con el GDPR, usted tiene:

  • Acceso a sus propios datos

  • Rectificación de datos inexactos

  • Borrado ("derecho a ser olvidado")

  • Restricción del procesamiento

  • Portabilidad

  • Oposición al marketing y a interés legítimo

  • Retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento

  • Queja ante la autoridad de supervisión (ANSPDCP – www.dataprotection.ro) o ante el Departamento de Justicia de Delaware para residentes de EE. UU.

Las solicitudes se envían a privacy@stailer.app. Responderemos en un máximo de 30 días.


  1. Seguridad

Utilizamos cifrado TLS 1.3, contraseñas hash-bcrypt, IAM con al menos MFA para el personal, registro de auditoría y copias de seguridad diarias. En caso de incidente, notificaremos a las autoridades competentes y a los usuarios afectados en un máximo de 72 horas.

  1. Menores

La Plataforma no está destinada a personas menores de 16 años. No recopilamos intencionalmente datos de menores; si descubrimos tales cuentas, las eliminaremos de inmediato.


  1. Modificaciones a la Política

Podemos actualizar periódicamente esta Política. Le notificaremos por correo electrónico y/o en la Plataforma 30 días antes de la entrada en vigor de versiones sustantivas.

La continuación del uso de la Plataforma después de la fecha efectiva equivale a la aceptación de los cambios.
